Art-Science International Institute
Art-science project development and implementation: art, museums, research, creative economy, industry and innovation.
The laboratory develops collaborative projects at the intersection of art, exact sciences, natural sciences, political sciences, humanities and arts, in partnership with artists and researchers. It fosters initiatives that bring artists and scientists together to work collaboratively. This interdisciplinary approach involves the exchange of concepts, models, methods, and materials.
Five cross-disciplinary areas structure the research activity
- Setting up and conducting interdisciplinary research projects
- Art-science works in the visual and performing arts
- Conceptualising and producing art exhibitions
- Scientific events for interdisciplinary matchmaking and policy development
- Integrating creative elements within industry and decision-making processes
